Lynette Lottinville: Author / Advocate Embracing aging as a natural progression through life, together we will take this workbook and create a Guidebook to Caring for Me! (Not ME, but each individual). We will answer tons of questions, so that when it is complete, caregivers will have tons of information to better equip them to uphold our quality of life.

Pulling from my years of experience working with adults with disabilities, and a long family history of loved ones living with (and dying with) Alzheimer's and Dementia, I am writing this book and creating this workshop with the aim of reaching as many people as possible who have begun to give thought to what their life will be like in their twilight years. Accidents can happen at any time, as can illness or stroke, and the consequences may be brief, lingering, or lifelong. One doesn't have to be in their sunset years to understand the very real prospect of being placed (even temporarily) in the hands of a caregiver. How well will this person know you? How well will you be able to communicate your wants and needs?

This workbook is designed to prompt thoughts on topics that affect our everyday lives. It is meant to provide answers to questions that caregivers or loved ones will have about our preferences and desires.

My goal is to not only provide you with the tools to create a Guidebook completely about yourself, but also to use the workshop opportunities to see that you actually carry out this task, creating a legacy that will transcend unspoken words. Together we will empower you to answer the liberating questions about "How I Want To Be Treated...".
